The Certified Consulting Alliance Partner must have established experience in implementing and integrating Enterprise Architectures and SOA platforms; this includes integration with back-end, legacy, middleware and telephony office systems using the latest integration techniques. CCAPs must also have consulting capabilities in telecommunication and call center infrastructures to include call center operations and strategy services.
